The 1200 Wet Disc Grinder is a medium-sized heavy-duty mineral grinding machine, specially manufactured for coarse grinding and fine dissociation of precious metal ores. Upgraded and optimized on the basis of traditional wet pan mill, this disc grinding equipment adopts double roller pressure grinding structure and fixed disc design. Compared with ordinary crushing machines, it performs pure physical wet grinding without chemical additives. Featuring stable output, low energy consumption, compact structure and easy movement, this grinder is perfectly suitable for small and medium-scale mining sites, remote mining areas and seasonal mineral processing projects. It effectively crushes hard rock ore, dissociates monomer gold from gangue, minimizes fine gold loss during processing, and greatly improves the overall gold recovery rate.
Every core wearing part of the 1200 wet disc grinder adopts high manganese chromium alloy casting, including grinding disc and two grinding rollers. This customized alloy material owns excellent hardness, compression resistance and abrasion resistance, effectively resisting strong friction and impact caused by hard ore, extending service life by more than 40% compared with ordinary cast iron. The main body frame is welded with thickened carbon steel plates, equipped with reinforced bottom support legs to reduce shaking during high-load continuous operation. The built-in heavy-duty reduction gearbox provides high torque and stable transmission; the thickened integral driving shaft is not easy to deform or break, which prevents roller slipping and material accumulation under long-term heavy ore load. All connecting parts adopt standardized disassembly structure, making daily lubrication, inspection, cleaning and vulnerable parts replacement simple and time-saving, effectively lowering long-term mining operation and maintenance costs.
Driven by a durable 15KW copper wire industrial motor, the power is stably transmitted to the gearbox and driving shaft. Two heavy self-weight grinding rollers rotate circumferentially around the fixed circular grinding disc at a constant low speed. Raw gold ore with particle size below 20mm is evenly and continuously fed into the middle grinding chamber. Relying on the self-gravity pressure of the rollers and mechanical rolling friction, the ore undergoes multiple processes including squeezing, crushing, grinding and refining. Hard rock particles are gradually ground into uniform fine pulp, which completely separates gold monomers from quartz, stone powder and other gangue minerals. The finished mineral pulp flows out from the discharge port automatically. It can be matched with amalgamation box, mercury plate, sluice box, shaking table and other gravity separation equipment to complete secondary gold separation and purification, achieving high-purity gold extraction.
Stable & Moderate Production Capacity: With optimized rotating speed and roller pressure, the stable hourly processing capacity reaches 2.0-2.8 tons. It supports 24-hour uninterrupted continuous operation, fully meeting daily production demands of small and medium mining plants.
